Responsibilities
• Developed architectural designs and layouts for commercial projects, including interior and exterior spaces.
• Conducted feasibility studies and provided recommendations on project viability and design feasibility.

Responsibilities
-Studying the project documents (Drawings, S.L.D, BOQ, and technical Specifications.
-Preparing Material submittals and samples as per project specifications and send to the consultant.
-Negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimum cost, quality to ensure that target prices, company’s payment

-Following up and attending meeting with consultants to secure approval of submittals.
-Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
