Job Functions (Performance Management)
• Works closely with QA manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system.
• Assists in Creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services.
• Tracks, Measures and analyzes company/Department performance measurements set to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Develops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible.
• Develops the skills of the data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information.
• Ensures accurate data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on data.
• Using Microsoft Power BI to represent Quality DB.
• Maintains a database of all relevant measures per department.
• Conducts root cause analysis and come up with corrective actions as required.
• Works collaboratively with other staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and improve measurement process.
Job Functions (Quality Management)
• Manage and ensure ISO9001:2015 Certification implementation and compliance.
• Participation in both internal and external audits.
• Participate in defining Company Process & Quality standards.
• Evaluate performed software project activities against defined Process & standards through
conducting scheduled audits on running projects with Project leader and team members to ensure their compliance with Advansys-ESC processes, templates, and standards
• Detect and report deviations, non-compliance, & quality risks resulting from software quality audits.
• Track & follow up on deviations and detected issues till closure.
• Conduct Orientation session to newcomers aiming at increasing awareness about quality assurance activities
• Work as a guide and make awareness sessions for the company employees on ISO9001:2015 standard.
• Define the required KPIs for the Business, Functional, Process and Strategy dashboards.
• Implement detailed processes and procedures for key business activities.
• Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures.
• Evaluates data gathered from multiple sources, reconciles differences, and ensures consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements.
• Perform a complete gap analysis for the seriously lagging KPIs.
• Raise improvement projects to enhance the weak performance areas.
• Finalize a complete Performance Management System & Define with key stakeholders a set of KPIs to monitor & track the technical team performance.
• Effectively monitor compliance and performance management systems and targets.
• Support the development of stretch targets that enable the organization to become an outstanding provider of service.
• Measuring achieved target for different technical sections against predefined indicators to be used or their annual appraisal.
• Complete the monthly & EOY targets for technical KPIs and create evaluation mechanisms to support performance measurement system.
• Perform several analyses to define dependencies & correlations between different KPIs.
• Define the different ways of validating the reported actual values per KPIs.
• Collect, consolidate & communicate all actions raised up during the review meetings following up on the actions execution.
• Prepare Process/Business Performance Dashboards.
• Participation in both internal and external audits.
• Manage and ensure QHSE ISO Certification implementation and compliance.
• Ensure effective measurement, collection and reporting of QHSE leading and lagging indicators; and issue monthly/quarterly reports. Analyze and trend for continuous improvement.
• Establish audit program and review audit findings; verify implementation of corrective action and improvement.
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments to identify and manage risks.
• Work as a process guide and make awareness of the company process to the employees.
• Inspecting equipment prior to and during installation to ensure compliance with appropriate specifications.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Develop, recommend and monitor improvement actions.
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Responsible for Security Systems Installations, Maintenance and Technical Support.
• Directing and supervising the activities carried out by the technicians.
• Fulfilling the planned and scheduled time frames of projects installation and implementation.
• Follow up with concerned departments to avoid delays and pending schedules checking and confirming of specifications, ensuring a good quality of work at a minimum cost.
• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering field.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
• Determines disposition of finished product by collecting, classifying, analyzing, and interpreting production and quality data; judging product acceptability in comparison to specifications.
• Determines acceptability of rework by conducting inspections and physical tests of reworked product.
• Collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Meeting the members of production team to offer recommendations and share results.
• Directing and supervising the technicians engaged in measuring and testing the semi-finished and finished products to ensure continuous control over products.
• Register and analyze NCRs and resolve customer complaints via enhancing processes.
• Assure effectiveness of feedback/lessons learned and corrective/preventive action systems.
• Preparing ISO 9001 documentation for semi-finished and finished section.
• Performing tests and measurements using existing measurement tools and devices.
• Ensuring that the tools and devices used in quality labs are calibrated and working properly.
• Preparing and supervising inspections carried out by the customers.
