• Attend the complaint and register the same in CRM and ensure it the same is closed as per the policy.
• Cater to any Projects / Institutional Business requirements in the Market.
• Ensure secondary sale of products from dealer shops by in-shop selling
• Coordination and follow up with the Marketing Function for Collateral requirements & for all kinds of complaint resolutions.
• Coordinate with the Technical Function for preparing the sample / products as per the requirements of project / retail customers and for complaint resolution.
• Coordinate with the Accounts function in giving the Post Dated Cheque (PDC’s) of the dealers & petty cash collection.
• Predict & plan monthly product volume sales 45 days in advance and coordinate with Dubai Team for servicing pending orders of the dealers.
