.meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
.working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief
.working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
.liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, .ensuring that communication flows effectively;
.negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
.presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
.undertaking administration tasks;
.arranging and attending meetings;
.making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency
•Maintain good relationships with the company’s customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or the personal contacts.
•Building a connection between the current market and the future market with his company.
•The Sales Executives should provide the accurate feedback on the future buying trends to their employers.
•Reviewing the aim and the performance at exceeding the targets.
•Assist the management in taking the appropriate decisions in the discussions in the forthcoming products and on the special promotions.
•Recording the sales and the other information.
•Reports the sales report to the sales department.
•Displays the efficiency in gathering the customers and market information to enable conflicts regarding the customer specifications to their managers, delivery and the variation in the prices.
Work closely with the Operations Managers to make sure that the employees are following the brand operation procedures.
In charge of more than 80 staff, i.e. arranging their annual leaves/Rota-shifts/tracking their sick leaves….etc.
Coaching & training the employees on how to deliver the services with high quality as per business requirement.
Guide the on the job trainers
Conduct the performance appraisals of all the employees.
Conduct investigation when necessary and prepare the warning letters - PIP, if needed.
Floor walks to get the staff feedback and share ideas with the senior management for development.
Review & make recommendations for change in specific processes to improve contribution to the Business.
Oversee the security, safety and functionality for the various establishments.
