• Studying and Selecting all machines for preparation, processing, utility, , , etc
• All Electro-Mechanical works ( water, Air, HVAC, , , etc )

• Establishing Factory Projection, Capacity, Production plan, , , etc
• Establishing Factory Capex and Budget
• Raw Materials and Ingredients Sourcing
• Establishing Factory Maintenance plan, Production plan, , , etc
• Selecting all QC equipment and Lab instruments
• Establishing Hygiene Rules and system
• Establishing All Operation SOP for all Products
• Planning and Managing Sales And Marketing
Production, Maintenance and Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Running all the production lines to achieve the production plan
• Applying best operation condition to get max utilization of man-power, Machines and Materials .
• Controlling the maintenance plan and activities to up grade machines conditions
• Efficiency, waste and down-time controlling to achieve company targets
• Putting the annual Budget for the department ( Man-power, Over-time, Maintenance expenses, Lines capacities, , , etc )
• Putting annual Capex for investments and controlling all projects
• Applying safety plan for man-power & machine
• Unit cost controlling and saving projects
Achievements:
• Designing Performance & Efficiency measuring program to stand on Down-time reasons and creating action plan, it Leads to OEE increase from 75% to 82%
• Production volume doubled in 4 years ( 30% due to investments and 70% innovations and efficiency improving)
• Drip loss reduction from 13% to 5% by creating new manufacturing technique which reflected by annual savings almost 5 Million SR/Year
• Increasing Lines Capacity by 60% in several products by creating new mold plates design without any investments, which reflected by production increase and unit cost reduction by 10% almost savings 6 Million SR/year regardless capital savings of almost 10 Million SR
• Several projects for getting machines outstanding results leads to involving new products and achieving more opportunities
• Savings in Maintenance Expenses to be 6.5 Million SR/Year out of 7.5 Million SR/year by power savings projects
• Spare parts Stock Reduction to 10.5 Million SR out of 11.5 Million SR

Position Title : Shift Operation Manager.
(Glass bottles jam, juice and syrup production lines and
plastic portions production lines and processing equipment’s )
Responsibilities:
Controlling operation ( Production and Maintenance while my Shift )
Achievements:
• Modifying Honey clearing Line to produce 3 times previous capacity plus High quality
• Changing work organization which increased the productivity by 4Hrs was lost before
• Supporting the new applied Forth Shift Operating System
• Modifying Juice filling Line which reflects on increasing capacity from 3000 case/Shift to be 5000 case /Shift
• Through good Team work increasing the Yield to be 90% instead of 80%
• Building good team work with High Spirit
• Good Supporting to Maintenance team for Planning Maintenance activities
Position Title: Head of Maintenance for Tetra pack department.
( milk and juice filling and packing machines)
I start as a Maintenance engineer till been head of Tetra Pack department
Responsibilities:
• Applying the preventive maintenance for Tetra pack machines as per machines manual and maintenance plan.
• Ordering the required spare parts
• Controlling the spare parts store for parts Stock level
• Sharing in the annual budget for maintenance in the department.
• Training the machines operators
• Analyzing the machines down-time and waste percents
Acheivements :
• Good performance for production lines efficiency 95%
• Improving Packaging waste percentage Less thane 2 %
• Building a good operators and technicians stuff experienced with them machines and capable to solve most of the break-downs they face
• Good on hands with the other engineers in the different departments in the company as in utility, yoghurt, process, , , and good experience in all UHT & milk process equipments
• Very good experience in all Tetra pack machines
• Decreasing Break-downs needs intervention from Tetra pack to 2 per year for 3 continuous years instead of 7 times in 2000

• Applying the preventive maintenance and break down problems for machines
• Making preventive maintenance plan for machines by a specific check list depends on machines manuals and experience

• Ordering the spare parts and controlling store stock
• Building maintenance team
