§ As built drawings
§ Material submittals
§ Documents Electrical Power Design
§ Engineering calculations and Studies
§ Testing and commissioning Activities
§ Estimation
§ Procurements
§ Tenders Project Pricing

• Execute, Monitor, Control and Close all type of large scale Projects for different building types such as:

§ Residential - Roads § Commercial § Industrial
§ High- Rise § Multi-story § Educational
§ complex §Hospital § Airports § Pumping Stations
§ Water treatment plants § Sanitary treatment plants
§ Data center § Power Plant § Substations

 Ensure smooth flow of work in projects by review and evaluate all outgoing Technical submittals and ensuring that all is within time-frame, and conforms to International Standards and local Authorities regulations, and as per required quality for Client satisfaction
 undertake work interfaces between clients, consultant, suppliers, local regulatory authorities and Company departments, further to enhance relationships in dealings with all of them
 Provide hands-on contracts execution by Attending projects Progress Meetings and giving electrical technical support for project management team
 Review projects Design drawings with respect to project Specification, local authorities regulations Then identify any design problems or conflicts and resolve the same and Highlight discrepancies for coordination.
 Identify scope any additional works not covered in the contract to improve Company’s revenue.
 Study project package and analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQ
 Estimate prim price for the project
 Supervise and implement the project execution program to complete the project on time.
 Review and comment properly on all Technical submittals
 Managing multi-culture team
 Know how to get jobs done in time
 Handle multi projects concurrently
 Develop Relationship at all levels ( client, consultant, co-workers….etc )
 Time and Cost Resources Management skills
