Handling calls from customers and branch employees with their various requests (conditions of bank transfers, commissions, the period of time that the transfer needs to reach to the beneficiary account ....) Processing customer requests in the executing bank (modifying a transfer, canceling a transfer, following up on a transfer...) and following up on these requests with the bank agents through the SWIFT system or email
