Major duties and responsibilities are:
Identify infrastructure goals and project delivery clearly.
Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives.
Identify needed members for project team.
Record document concisely and clearly all project plan.
Identify prime risks and limitations within project plan.
Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance.
Oversee precise project results to identify if relevant quality standards area attained.
Collect and present performance information related to infrastructure projects.
Collaborate effectively with infrastructure associates across entire business units along with management levels.

Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner.

Mass Land Development Project - Erbil- Kurdistan - Iraq.
Erbil Mass City (EPC) project consists the development of 2, 500, 000 sqm area, which include the construction of; 3880 villas, infrastructure networks including sewerage, water, pumping stations and electrical power plant and related road works.
Project value is 950 Million USD, duration is 4 years and the contract type is Design & Built.
Recruited to direct execution of the projects in Saudi Arabia and GCC, started with Yanbu Refinery project SAR 250 million during provided operational leadership, overseeing project management office PMO, established professional process to ensure project deliveries against their base plan and accountability for deliveries according the agreed project scopes.

Description of work: The work comprises Engineering, Procurement and construction of Yanbu Export Refinery with total project area of 120, 000 M2 including Control and operational buildings, substation and related steel structures.(Recommendation letters received from DLM & YASREF)
a. Projects management and tendering.
b. Determine the fulfillment of the construction contract requirements by the parties to the construction contract.
c. Understanding of construction contract law and engineering sciences, and familiarity with construction scheduling processes, materials, means and methods of construction.
d. Conducts and documents meetings between the parties to the construction contract
e. Responsible to obtain, verify, and maintain critical project documentation such as certificates of insurance, bonds, applications for payment, test reports, warranties, change order documentation, and other contract instruments
f. Reviews project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
