•Providing expertise and leadership to direct the design, development of Strategies, methodologies, processes and procedures to meet corporate and agency’s requirements;
•Developing and maintaining systems and strategic direction by analysing new corporate approaches and recommending changes to existing processes and procedures to facilitate program delivery.
