- Prepare the monthly Performance Management Report (PMR).
- Compare between the actual results Vs. budget to be suitable to the budget pre-established.
- Control the daily movement of FTD.
- Analysis the monthly results for Branches Activities.
- Analysis liquidity maturity /Deposit stability/ loans maturity and other criteria as per best practice.
- Any action related to assets of Branches (Disposal / Damaged / Theft…).
- Month End Closing:
- Monthly prepaid expence.
- Monthly fixed assets deprciation.
- Monthlycretificate dposits (CDs) amortization.
- Monthly Provision MT and reconciliation.
- Monthly Provision on Changes in Forex Rates.
- Monthly Capital Re-Evaluation.
- Reconciliation for all accounts related to the above monthly job.
- Reconciliation the BOBs and DBL files and Unearned interest.
- Central Bank Report Quarterly:
- Report for fixed assets.
- Credit Facilities.
- Provision for Credit Facilities and Impairment.
- Interest Income.
- Credit exposure based on risk rating (902).
- Journal Entries:
- Check and Process the Miscellaneous Transactions for all Branches and Departments (Trade Finance, Operation, Retail, CSR .... )
- Other Accounting Activities:
- Prepare confirmation letters for clients when requested.
- Calculate interest for (FTDs, Saving, Debit Balances).
- Deal with general events and issues, study and prepare their accounting implicating entries.
- Back up for all tasks of accountants in the same unit.
- Authority to input and post Manual Transactionss on SAB.
- Prepare some reports for the Financial Statements.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
- Work on month end closing files.
- Check Rejection accounts on weekly basic.
