Overseeing financial and accounting activities
Reasonable for transformation process from cash basis to Accrual basis and recording transactions in Oracle ERP System.
Preparing Financial Statements for Emirates of Madinah Province as a financial consultant
-Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with government rules and regulations and compliance to Internal policies .
-Oracle ERP and other similar applications implementation.
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
- Prepares and actively participate in month end & quarter end closing processes.

- Preparing financial statements according to International financial reporting standards.
- Performs audit work, including plan preparation, work papers, findings, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
- Coordinates and interacts with management, and staff, and with external audit and Zakat Authority.
-Keeps abreast of firm policies and procedures, current developments in accounting
and auditing professes, and change in government laws, as applicable.
-Performs audit work, including plan preparation, work papers,
findings, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial
records as they pertain to assists, liabilities, receipts, expenditures,
and related transactions .
-Coordinates and interacts with management, and staff, and with
the Futuralabs .
-Keeps abreast of firm policies and procedures, current
developments in accounting and auditing profess, and change in
government laws, as applicable .
-Participate in the development and management of annual
operating budgets for the operating unit .
- Assists to prepare chart of accounts &cost centers to build up cost system and appropriate allocation of overheads to company's products
Responsible for preparing entries related to suppliers& Adjustment
of custodies .
-Preparing purchasing journal each month .
-Preparing monthly trial balance of a/p& custodies .
-Preparing closing entries at the end of fiscal year .
-Data input at accounting system .
-Examine and analyze the accounting and financial records of individuals
and establishments to ensure accuracy and compliance with established
accounting standards, Procedures and all other regularity rules and
organizations that organize all kinds of establishments which submitted to
these rules or organizations .
-I worked as an auditor as listed above, so my duties or my responsibilities
can briefs as the following :
*Examine and analyze ledger and journal entries, bank reconciliation's
and statements, inventories, account and note receivable, fixed assets
and the accumulated depreciation, expenditures, and tax returns and all
other accounting systems of an individual, company or other
establishments .All of these Accounting Standards, to ensure financial
recording accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards
and procedures .
*Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to
improve individuals and establishment's accounting and management
