● Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution through consecutive marketing intelligence reports.
● Assist sales and marketing management with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects.
● Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
● Take full responsibility of the customer service & complaint handling for the company.

● Dealt with technical problems and repairs required and recommended suitable products and services.
● Liaising with others of the technical teams including designers & detailers, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction.
