Had been hired as a Assistant HK Manager The following are specific responsibilities and contribution critical to the successful performance of the position : 1-To keep uniform in good condition 2-To carry keys in a safe manner 3-To prepare daily job sheets for all direct reports on daily basis
4-To issue all keys safely dealing also with the returns to direct reports 5-All rooms and corridors must be cleaned and checked to Marriott standards 6-Prioritize weekly / monthly jobs 7-Carry out bedroom audits on all rooms attendants on a monthly basis & incorporate the feedback Into reviews with the supervisors and rooms attendants 8-Lead & fresh mentoring incentive schemes for all direct reports 9-Display hospitality skills when dealing with guests and associates 10-Organize floor housekeeping to carry out and document general clans & monthly cleaning e g. cleaning Shower curtains 11- Assist the housekeeping manager with the supply ordering procedures and ensure all direct reports Have the necessary supplies 12-Assist the housekeeping manager with the laundry company supplies & billing and ensure the bed Linen and terry is to replaced to Marriott standards
