• Maximize sales revenue of each country by setting sales strategies through market trend analysis.
• Fully responsible of costing, pricing and profitability for each product.
• Manage product launching process (PLP) and circulate it to all concerned departments.
• Manage the entire product life cycle from Concept to tactical activities and meter the effectiveness of products to prepare suitable changes and/or modifications to ensure that products remain competitive, profitable, simple, customer-oriented and meet the strategic needs.
• Set sales strategies that focus on customer satisfaction by studying the needs of customers in a region.
• Manage the mid and long term relationship with accounts and set the cooperation strategy that is aimed at benefiting both parties.
• Analyze the region's competitors and market trends and review it regularly.
• Project the region's demand to ensure that there is not setback to supply.
• Develop new accounts and business opportunities.
Main Item Groups include: OCR Solutions, Canon Printing and Scanning solutions, Cheque clearing solutions, Shredders and cutters, Canon Wide Format Printers, DMS Solution, Radiography printing solutions, ID card printers.
Key Roles:
• Build a yearly marketing action plan and communicate it with concerned sectors.
• Conducting market research, surveys or database mining in addition to analyzing results to specify market requirements in view of enhancing current products or new products.
• Achieve local business growth based on net sales, market share and gross profit.
• Builds ofer business case and related business model to ensure that products are compatible with regulatory issues.
• Manages the Product Launch Process (PLP) and the working team from all concerned departments.
• Liaising with relevant departments to ensure that products are appropriately supported and maintained in an eficient manner.
• Manage the entire product life cycle from Concept to tactical activities and meter the efectiveness of products to prepare suitable changes and/or modifications to ensure that products remain competitive, profitable, simple, and customer-oriented to meet strategic needs.
• Defines products and services (in terms of product, service, sales, communication strategy and support and pre-sales / post-sales handling) that are coherent with business strategy to ensure answering the targeted market segments.
• Verify Feasibility and availability of products
• Planning of team tasks and milestones to ensure executing all the related tasks and procedures are fully done on time.
• Managing sales KPI's.
• Monitor competitors' activities on products, features and benefits, services and prices.
• Manage the positioning of existing brands.
• Managing business partners through the sales team, supporting the team in visits.

Provide leasing services to existing and future prospects & be responsible for activities related to Mall rentals, tenancy hand over, and lease renewals. Provide administrative support and data entry services to the leasing division.
Key Roles:
• Providing data entry and administrative support to the leasing team.
• Property Manager (PN) Oracle Application administrator.
• Drawing and modifying on AutoCAD.
• Preparing routine correspondences.
• Collecting signed lease agreements for encoding and filling.
• Routinely updating tenants contact lists and phone directory.
• Following up on tenants' legal and accounting issues.
• Acting as a reference point for leasing related issues and questions.
• Studying proposed or potential brands and conducting research.
• Conducting routine Mall tours to ensure tenants compliance.
• Assisting in managing and servicing the existing leasing portfolio
• Ensuring documentations of current and prospective tenants are completed accurately.
• Ensuring leasing procedures are in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Providing exceptional service to both internal & external customers.
• Preparing periodic reports as required and needed.
• Coordinating with other operational departments to ensure leased properties compliance and tenants' satisfaction.
