• Supporting Purchasing specialist on ad hoc reports/data analysis.
•Coordinate all projects involving change (NPDI, renovations, source changes, promotions, discontinuation) to agreed timelines
•Ensure a smooth and efficient processing of all change events,
•Achieve quality and speed to market whilst minimizing the cost impact to the business
•Establish key milestones for all events on Gantt charts, and circulate to all stakeholders.
•Conduct regular meetings with all event participants to review the progress on milestones, and if necessary highlight the impact of any delays.
•Align, and update all the stakeholders in events to ensure targets are met.
•Inform and consult all team members for any issues, and ensure these are followed through and resolved.
•Consolidate all events by category to present their latest status at monthly and quarterly operations review.
•In conjunction with the Event Owner, post evaluate events to create recommendations and actions for improvements.

•Ensure that invoices are sent on time, and that payments are done on time.
•Performing data analysis to find the root causes on failed targets/declining KPIs, and then coming up with an action plan to improve performance
•Creating POs, on SAP, in accordance to the set policies and guidelines
•Updating supplier details, and registering new preferred suppliers on SAP

•Assisting Strategic Buyers by running the BW report, and performing spend analysis

• Coming up with action plans to try and improve quality reporting, and overall quality for the materials to the plants
