1-"Budgeting and planning":-
• Map and build budget models starting from sales volume and capacity planning
• Review capex budget and provide ROI and ROCE ratio for next year
• Synchronize all dep. Budget number to work zero base budgets with some economics consideration to provide for EBIT and balance sheet.
• Building a budget twice a year with new CE structure for better us of source of fund
• Reconcile last actual figures to the new forecast assumption
2-"Management reporting, controlling and decision making support roll":-
• Run the monthly cost center assessment and profit center distribution according to our statistical key figure to issue financial statements as our segmental reporting.
• Act as team player and provide financial support to responsible dep. Heads.
• Reviewing the monthly operating income versus forecasted operating income.
• Monitor and control cost per hrs to match leader ship strategy.
• Analyses actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
• Reporting EBIT variance analysis with explanatory comments.
• Fixable budget to actual.
• Budget adherence report.
• Manage and control capital employed, rolling forecast (sales, material, inventory)
• Provide break even volume for business and make vs. buy decision support.
3-"Financial roll":-
• Monitoring the treasure activists (approving quarter cash forecast to be in line with the operating cycle, approving the weekly payment run to supplier and approving the cash disbursements.
• Prepare monthly direct cash flow by currency for hedging.
• Review the investment in fixed assets to be in line with phased budget and suit our capitalizing policy and provide variance in capital employed target.
• Monitoring and validate the inventory valuation as described in accounting policy and ensure proper costing sheet is applied for product, reporting the inventory turnover to avoid high leverage inventory.
• Adjust over or under applied OH, monitor std costing with actual clarifying of variances and reason
• Reviewing the factory payroll cost and ensures proper cost center allocation.
• Keeping track of contingent liabilities and lease register.
• Reconcile all Interco. Balances and report in consolidation affiliate.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, annual and interim package (SAP-DIVA) under IFRS (include B.S, P&L, C.F).
• Prepare year ended reporting package +all foot notes disclosure underlined by IFRS.
• Ensure that all daily & fun. Of accounting procedure comply with co’s principles.
• Liaising with external auditor.
• Any matters regarding corporate tax, sales tax and international tax practice.
• Handle tax inspection and risk hedge regarding tax accounting.
4-"ERP Supporting activities":-
• SAP system trouble shooting and supporting for all financial and controlling activities.
• Responsible for creating and validating new financial or controlling elements according to IFRS guidelines.
• Provide inputs to the development of the SAP system.
• Enhance finance team to deliver required with SAP templates and variants.
