• Met the challenge of completing the refurbishment of the Merit / CMA-CGM Headquarters project ahead of the scheduled inauguration date, precisely one year after the devastating Beirut port blast on August 4, 2020.
• Negotiated contracts to create a mutually beneficial agreement, resulting in a cost-saving of USD 0.5 million for the construction of the CMA-CGM Headquarters project.
• Achieved the construction of the World Bank Group Offices in Lebanon project from inception to completion, asserting successful delivery within the desired quality, specifications, and timeline.
• Delivered (460 New Parking Holcom) project one month ahead of schedule and 10% under budget.
• Reduced 20% of the budget by integrating energy-efficient products and alternative building materials while refurbishing the CPFM project.
Reporting to the PM; managed the construction of several upscale offices and a significant residential development.

Project: Lebanon Water-Front City SP5 & SP6
• Succeeded in planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones of Lebanon Water-Front City SP5 & SP6 project, in addition to monitoring work progress against established schedules.
• Developed and implemented quality control programs that facilitated the handing over of the Sequoia offices project.
• Established site safety protocols that achieved satisfaction at the Lebanon Water-Front City project.
