*Developlment of Doha Airbase (Confidential)
*Doha Metro Red Line South (1.9 billion USD Design-Build Project).
-Comprises of 5 underground stations, 4 emergency exists, two switchboxes, and 32 KM of tunnels.
-Managed an MEP budget of 230 million USD.
*Sheraton Park Project (400 million USD Design-Build Project).
-Comprises of 4 levels of underground parking accommodating 2, 700 cars. Covered with a 70, 000 square-meter public garden that includes water features, plantations, walkways, and paving. Includes a 66 KV / 11 KV primary sub-station and two 11 KV / 415 V substations.
-Managed an MEP budget of 120 million USD.
•Responsibilities:
o Managed project teams, designers, sub-contractors, and liaised with the client, consultant, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
o Ensured the timely and quality completion of the works, within budget, and in accordance with the contract requirements.
o Allocated resources and established setups and logistics.
o Prepared schedules, forecasts, progress reports, KPI’s, and advised recovery plans.
o Managed the main contract and sub-contracts and supported the contract and commercial teams in variations, cost control, and payments.
o Ensured highest standards of Health and Safety are met throughout all stages of the project.
o Led the Testing & Commissioning process.
o Led the production of Operation & Maintenance and training manuals.

533-bed Medical Center (100, 000 m2) and Research Center Building (35, 000 m2) part of Princess Noura Bint Abdulrahman University for Women (PNU)
(11 Billion USD 2-year rush project)
• Responsibilities:
o Managed contractors, consultants, designers, and liaised with government authorities and external stakeholders on behalf of the client.
o Ensured the timely quality completion of works and in accordance with the contract requirements.
o Established processes and procedures for progress reporting, coordination, and planning.
o Initiated and led value management and value engineering as required.
o Managed the main contract and sub-contracts and supported the contract and commercial teams in variations, cost control, and payments.
o Supported the Testing & Commissioning process.
o Reviewed and approved Operation & Maintenance and training manuals.

o Prepared project initiation reports and assigned project resources.
o Led teams in preparing in-house detailed designs.
o Ensured interdisciplinary coordination.
o Submitted final detailed design drawings and documents for tender.
