Prepare & revise Project Plan in liaison with project engineers and planning engineers
Prepare objective assignments to project engineers for drawing and material
Raise up technical issues with Client/Contractor
Prepare detailed material order and delivery plan for the duration of the Project.
Prepare manpower requirement program based on project plan in liaison with project team & operation
Authorize material and manpower requests from project engineers.
Verify drawings and material submittals before transmission to main contractor.
Enforce project plan and escalate issues when required.
Prepare monthly valuation with the project and planning engineers to forward to the operation manager.
Prepare variation orders as per project's requirement
Present monthly report detailing all activities and progress in the project for the operation manager.
Monitor documents and control procedures to ensure proper and secure documentation.
Communicate with HSE personnel to ensure proper implementation of policies.
Carry out evaluations as required and ensure discipline of personnel in liaison with the operation manager
Lead delegations in meetings with the main contractor, consultant or subcontractors.
Generate project handing over plan in liaison with project engineers, QC and planning engineers.
Ensure all documentations, during the entire project duration, are prepared for effective handing over.
Production of final statement, payments certificates and due reports to the operation manager.
Preparation for handing over, decommissioning and infrastructure in liaison with operation manager.

Coordinate with Main Contractor/Consultant or Client to ensure timely completion of the job.
Prepare Monthly Bill along with planning engineer following site progress and BOQ Rates
Analyzing Project Performance by tracking Budget vs. Cost and comparing with Program of work
Communicate with the resident QC Engineer on site to ensure Project conforms to Company standards.
Assist PM in monthly report detailing all activities and progress in the project.
Assist PM in preparation of detailed material & manpower plan for the duration of the Project.
Track proper implementation of main contractor and our HSE & Quality Policies.
