Ensure the organization's health and safety policies are implemented and followed.
• Develop overall Project Logistics Plan to efficiently and effectively manage the allocating
and scheduling of material, equipment and personal resources to achieve Master
Developer requirements
• Plan and manage the company logistics operations, such as transportation, warehouse
activities, equipment, customs regulations and customer services safety performance and
logistics quality management
• Direct, optimize and coordinating full order cycle, monitoring supply and dispatch of
material until reach their destination in a timely and safe manner.

modes, product volumes or carriers. and develop risk management programs to ensure
continuity of supply in emergency scenarios
• Direct or coordinate comprehensive logistical, reverse logistical functions for resources,
material, items life cycles. Including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery,
recycling, reuse, or final disposal.
• Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet client /site requirements
• Provide logistics support to clients such as filling material, construction material,
consumables, transportation, equipment and waste management.

• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
Offshore for three projects, Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Plan site set-up to move labor, plant, and materials to /from islands efficiently ( site
accommodation, equipment, cranes, temporary services, material delivery and waste
management strategy, catering )
• Establish Logistics related Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for inclusion in regular
management reports
• Monitor performance of work activities such as passage planning, ship supplies, berthing
arrangements, and cargo transfer operations to ensure achievement of assigned targets
• Monitor the scheduling and dispatching of vessels’ bunkers, provisions, supplies and
maintain tracking and tracing of materials in transit to ensure delivery to ships according to
planned programs
• Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and
environmental policies and procedures to ensure safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
• Prepare the logistics plan, lifting plan for oversize cargo, coordinate the supply, handling,
storage & delivery to island on time,
• Manage fleet of vessels (barges &Landing crafts) to support the construction on island with
raw material from RAK, and other requirement (precast, filling material, site consumable
material, ) for four islands (south, north, west and central) of three different projects/ /clients
(ZADCO, Petrofac & TechnipFMC)
• Ensure compliance with import/export and customs regulations, legal, health and safety
requirements
• Conduct / review environmental audits for logistics activities to ensure processes are as
environmentally friendly as possible

• Planning the set-up of site so the workforce, plant and materials can move around
efficiently and safely
• Assembly of aluminum fluoride plant, prepare method statement, risk assessment, lifting
plans and execute the job safely

• Establishing and managing incoming and outbound shipping schedule and custom
clearance with knowledge of technical regulations at AD ports related to logistics such as
Import/export and customs regulations, security requirements include certification for
