Maintain availability of IT infrastructures services (DCs, DNS, SECURITY, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email
Routing, SPAM, Backup, Blade Servers, and Storage Area Network etc.).
• Identify and classify Infrastructure Management related problems and their root causes and provide timely
resolution to prevent recurring incidents.
• Investigates, evaluates and implements new infrastructure technologies and solutions, assesses and
recommends the acquisition of these technologies to satisfy business requirements
• Provide input to Business plan to support future computing requirements including Modernization and/or
upgrade of existing Data Centre facilities
• Participates as a member of the study and implementation team to carry out the upgrading or introduction of
new IT infrastructure.
• Participates in negotiating contracts for hardware and software acquisition, deployment and support
methodologies.
• Recommend and execute modifications to System, Network & System infrastructure in order to improve
efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Overall project management including client relationship, implementation schedule, vendor management,
budgetary control and project quality assurance
• Project planning of implementation, IT rollout, budget, equipment procurement and human resources.
• Ensure project deliverables quality.
• Be responsible for the implementation of the agreed commitments, in term of budget, scope, quality, and
timeline.
• Manage internal and external project personnel, partners, subcontractors, and any other resources identified
to be needed for project success.
• Design configuration of local area networks and wireless networks for company clients.
• Develop and implement the network infrastructure, servers and associated systems to support security
management, network monitoring, and capacity planning and tracking.
• Compiling accurate bill of materials and base pricing for the company's proposals.
• Negotiating and contracting with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
• Names of some major clients in the gulf area, Park Hyatt Dubai, Marriott Doha, Ritz Carton Bahrain, and
Grand Hyatt Muscat.
