• Currently handling increasing responsibilities of leading business development initiatives such as contacting all contractors, real-estate developers and approaching consultants and Clients representatives to source new projects and attend meetings with key decision makers to get new business and new projects from them.
Responsibilities
• Handpicked to lead Projects & Operations in Technomech Electromechanical Works L.L.C (Sister Company for Al Habbai Contracting Company L.L.C and ensure project completion within triple constraints of time, budget and schedule and in alignment with baseline program.
• Establishing a presence as a resourceful project leader, supervising sub-contracts work, obtaining timely approvals from authorities and ensuring smooth site activities.
• Coordinating with project stakeholders (Client, Consultant and Main Contractor) on all aspects of the project progress/milestones, preparing periodic reports for management including the status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities & safety records.
• Driving project excellence by providing extensive technical support and construction brilliance to enhance project value, ensuring efficient use of project resources (equipment/ manpower/ material and the provision of high-quality services in line with specific requirements of every project.
• Compiling and finalizing variation and gaining required approvals from Consultant and Client; processing all monthly payments and preparing monthly reports to ensure execution of projects as per the defined technical & functional specifications.

Responsibilities:
• Served as a Head of MEP department for construction and maintenance works, taking full ownership of the project delivery for several MEP Projects including construction planning through the full life until the final handover in the most cost-efficient manner while ensuring conformance to the quality, construction plan, drawings, functional specifications and baseline program time frame.
• Lead the planning and implementation of the project including timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs, etc.).
• Fostered effective coordination between different subcontractors, Consultant Resident Engineer and gaining appropriate sign-offs during inspections to ensure seamless project completion.
• Mobilized all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per the schedule and ensured compliance with Master Program.
• Prioritized on-time deliveries within pre-set parameters, obtained timely obtaining clearances, approvals and permissions from the statutory authorities during the execution of the Project.

Responsibilities:
• Commanded end-to-end operations with complete accountability for labor, productivity, quality control and safety whilst focusing on exceeding expectations and professional standards.
• Provided functional leadership, technical support, and strategic planning for streamlining policies of the operations department seamlessly executing MEP and Air conditioning works in building as well as ensure maintenance contracts.
• Monitored actual project progress against agreed schedules, safety and quality parameters and in accordance with baseline program.
• Generated an array of technical and management reports; maintained accurate records and documents for projects handled and identified variation, suggested modifications.

Responsibilities:
• Entrusted with responsibilities as MEP Engineer in Properties and Facilities Management department and as Client Representative for New Projects/Building - coordinated maintenance activities in several buildings including UAE, including Electronic Document Center (EDC), EMPOST, Wall Street Exchange & Emirates Post, etc.
• Managed and operated the whole remit in FM to the highest quality standards, overseeing the maintenance services MEP works in the new construction buildings and handling maintenance for all Emirates Post buildings by applying PMP techniques.
• Provided excellent and sustainable maintenance services for Air Conditioning (HVAC) system/Electrical system/Plumbing & sewerage system/Supervise maintenance works of Fire alarm and firefighting system/Supervise maintenance works of Automatic doors/elevators, etc.
• Assigned resources and technicians for carrying out maintenance services not covered under the contractor’s scope of work and ensure flawless electro-mechanical works on site.
• Provided technical inputs in compiling the scope of works for all electro-mechanical tenders including cost estimation; reviewing the annual contracts and evaluating contractor’s tendering offer and submit the recommendation to the tendering committee (purchasing section) in addition to preparing LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) for the additional electromechanical/civil works.
• Computed operational and maintenance cost estimates, evaluated and processed the contractor payments request/monthly bills. Devising annual maintenance budgets and ensuring successful cost-effective and on-time completion of tasks.
• Performed site visits, ensured strict adherence to allocated budgets, operational procedures and delivery schedules for all works done by the maintenance contractor pertaining to electro-mechanical and civil works.
• Checked work of MEP Sub Contractor on site for the new projects and ascertained all electromechanical installations as per the specification and regulations.
• Finalized project specifications, coordinated horizontally and vertically across diverse departments to hand over the project to the committee by raising snag/ punch list and comments to the contractor before the initial handover.
