- Master Plan Developments:
o Lead the Initial Master Plan studies of a 2.2 Million land (North of Riyadh)
including extended market survey and analysis of similar products supply and
demand, best planning design meeting end user expectation and budget,
recommendation on best development strategy. (2016)
o Leading the development studies of a residential master plan and 1.4K
residential units (West Makkah) in partnership with National Housing Company
including market study, pre-concept design & master planning of alternative
modules and models to mitigate potential risks. (2017)
o On-Going Housing Master Plan Development on a raw land of 950, 000 M2 in
Makkah to provide 500+ villas as Phase 1 of the project. Works includes all
aspects of the studies from market survey, study of MOH extensive
requirements, initial planning and cost plan to achieve constructible, feasible
and sellable products. (2018-2019)
o Warehouse Development studies for Jeddah Lands expanding from half to 3
million square meters with profound understanding of all related authorities
requirements and Market variable business models (South Jeddah)
o Study of Madina residential market & suggestion of solution models (financial
& planning) for different Master Plan development differing from 250, 000 to
750, 000 M2 lands area.
- Building Developments:
o Leading the Development studies of diverse residential / commercial blocks
(North Riyadh) by exercising actual best use study and by applying alternative
business models accompanied by actual design model & alternative projections
from track record operators and exit plans. Models differed from Saudi
Residence Compounds, Holiday Homes (Hospitality) & Light Entertainment.
o Strip-Mall (North of Riyadh) design studies along with Anchor & tenant pre-
agreements.
o Study & Model proposals for Residential Saudi Compound in North-Riyadh,
including land selection in terms of market value & development returns.
o Study of Multi-Use Park in North of Riyadh
o Follow-up of Renovation works for Riyadh down-town plaza with all related
needed legal support.

2014 - 2016)
 Exploring client project intent, business plan & timeline in order to draw a win-win
work plan that serve all parties and initiate program, contract terms, scope, design
stakeholder team & budget accordingly.
 Overseeing all aspects of the project life time design & construction stages and
diligently work alongside design teams to ensure implementation of client's
goals and vision.
