Senior MEP Engineer leading a team of engineers with devise technical studies in multiple MEP projects
• Reviewing the overall status of MEP aspects of the project in terms of both design and commercial.
• Overseeing and ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety been considered and
implemented as a priority through all stages of the project.
• Organizing, managing technical reviews and Monitoring project budgets, schedule.
• Overseeing project MEP testing, commissioning and project delivery activities.
Senior Mechanical Engineer playing a Key role in MEP design and execution of F&B, Retail and High rises building.
Responsibilities:
• Managing complete HVAC design along with the necessary preparations in terms of the following
a. Heat Load calculations.
b. Ducting design as per DW and SMACNA standard.
c. Equipment selection and specifications.
• Designing and selecting complete Ventilation systems as per ASHRAE standard.
• Oversaw commercial kitchen along with hood selection as per system requirements
• Managing tendering, complete material submittal, equipment selection in line with UAE codes as well as familiar with Emaar & Meraas rule and regulations.
• Oversaw QS, RFP, RFI and estimation process and procedures.
• Preparing and designing Fire protection system in terms of fire alarm and firefighting which is in line with UAE fire Code and NFPA.
• Preparing and designing plumbing network inclusive of the following as per DEWA, IPC and BS standard.
a. Tank Sizing.
b. Pump heads.
c. Pressure loss.
d. Sewage system.
• Over-viewing Mechanical system installation, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinating and liaising day to day activities, operation and submission.
• Coordinating with all relevant parties and attending client, consultant and main contractor meeting, interacting and working with diverse set of subcontractors.
• Oversaw project from initiation to completion along with controlling project operations and procurements.

Enhancing service quality and equipment reliability by using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology. To improve equipment design, reliability, and maintainability.
Responsibilities:
• Operation and Maintenance for the entire group entities.
• FM inspections for all the mechanical systems.
• AMCs and contractual agreements.
• PPM scheduleing, Daily maintenance activities in terms of MEP.
• Tendering, Material submittal & Selection and method of statement.
• Duct design and Pipe Sizing based on Velocity / Static Pressure & Pressure Drop calculations.
• Ecology, Extract and Air purification systems design such as ESP & HEPA.
• Plantroom operation and maintenance including Building Management System (BMS).

The scope of work involves installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Job Responsibilities:
• PPM carried out for all HVAC equipment’s.
• CMMS system based on HOTSOS Software and BMS system.
• Plantroom operation, maintenance and emergency procedures.
• Review piping plans, P&IDs and existing facilities.
• Maintaining commercial walk in chillers & Freezer / cold rooms as well as instrument calibration.

• Pump specification, head calculations, selection and Characteristics curve relations flow rate vs head calculations (GPM / H, ΔP/L), NPSH, impeller diameters, speed and Pipe sizing for CHW systems.
• Mechanicals seals maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Bearing installation and maintenance.
• Technical report and material submittals.
• Expected to develop designs for oversee fabrication and troubleshoot problems with complex refrigeration systems for residential and industrial use.
• • The scope of work involves giving technical support to Submarine Maintenance Engineering team, ensure all preventative maintenance and equipment repairs are completed improve production efficiency, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant.
Job Responsibilities:
• Overhaul of Small, medium and high speed diesel engines which covers crank shaft, pistons, head cylinder, fitting, injectors and valves for inline & V-type as well as radial engines.
• Technical support onsite as well as troubleshooting for Diesel Engines many applications including, marine, power generation comprehensive engine line-up from 4 to 1MW.
• Maintenance for two-stroke engines and four- stroke diesel engines (Detuz, CAT, Perkins, Volvo, and Scania).
• Alignment & Divergent measurements.
• Bearing types specially journal bearing clearance & Tolerance as well as lubrication.
• Implement engine and components improvements, present recommendations and conclusions to engineering team.
• Experience of turbocharger assembly for different engine types.
• Diesel Engine testing as well as load simulating through dynamometer.
