Managed and delivered several successful projects in different areas, including:
• Managed the implementation of smart city digital services for the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and defined smart city customer journeys
• Established the smart city surveillance roadmap, implementation, and governance for Oyoon project with Dubai Police
• Developed the Smart Police Stations (SPS) expansion plan and force distribution for Dubai Police to help increase police presence and sense of safety
• Established end to end Enterprise Architecture for Al Hilal Bank, Abu Dhabi based on TOGAF and BIAN frameworks
• Designed Artificial Intelligence transformation roadmap and use cases for the Road & Transport Authority (RTA, Dubai)
• Developed security policies and procedures based on ISO27001:2013 standards for Ajman Ports & Customs

Have been involved in several projects including enterprise architecture, business architecture, business process design, optimization, business analysis, automation and digital transformation with reference to internationally recognized best practices as BPM, Six Sigma and TOGAF methodologies.

- Recently led a stream of transformation and digitalization of existing manual capabilities and set the path and requirements to create a web-based solution and the operating model with a major Government entity in the UAE.

- Was involved in Enterprise Architecture projects for the Emirates National Oil Company in Dubai (ENOC) and DAMAN Abu Dhabi where the focus was mainly on Business Architecture through capturing and modeling baseline and target business processes in addition to application, technology and infrastructure architecture.

- Captured business processes for Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department UAE, Dubai and for Saudi Exports Development Authority KSA, Riyadh. Documented business processes for several departments with their related business policies, operational risks, KPIs and other business process details for the business architecture.

- Worked on several project for SADAD Payment Systems - Riyadh involving Organizational Model Design, Service Alignment, Transition Management Consultancy and Business Process Outsourcing.

- Captured business processes Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Departments IACAD - UAE, Dubai. Documented business processes for several departments with their related business policies, operational risks, KPIs and other business process details.

Worked on analyzing and providing business and system solutions for Islamic banking requirements.

- Studying and analyzing business needs/gaps related to the CRM, Accounting, Trade Finance and Assets for several clients simultaneously
- Translating business requirements into technical and functional documents
