Managed & followed up business at food outlet (cafeteria) at Al Ahliyya University. This job was on a part time basis as I was a full time student at this same university at the time. Co-supervised food and beverage volumes and quality provided by the company, as well as cash flow and workers.

I completed a number of interesting courses including, Research Methods, Decision Behaviour, Analysis and Support and IS Strategy & Enterprise Systems. . My thesis focused on the problems of capturing best practice in designing and reporting stakeholder participation exercises. This was carried out in the context of the large scale and long term research, led by Professor Simon French (my supervisor), and conducted under the umbrella of The European Platform on Preparedness for Nuclear and Radiological Emergency Response and Recovery (NERIS). My contribution was the design of a database, using MS ACCESS based on the NERIS template with the purpose of exploring the existing database template and making recommendations.
Achieved highest grade in my course and received excellence award in academic year 2010/2011. My graduation project was about building an information system with the purpose of managing and organizing the activities of a bus travel company, both internally and externally, with the emphasis on the booking and reservation process. The system has two parts, internal tier (core part) and an external part, the latter which was programmed using a MySQL/Java platform. Dissertation was awarded a grade of 97%.
