Study the business. Check the company design, software and resources. Propose the
most suitable Business Analytics solution to enhance the workflow for business
growth and effective impact on revenues
Maintain and assure the operation of the 2G/3G/4G network including RBS and Transmission; and of DC power systems related to the TELCO equipment.
Act as the central single point of contact between the user and IT to facilitate the restoration of normal operational services with minimal business impact.
Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
