Group HR & Recruitment Senior Supervisor (Present Position) - 2000 till date

The Company: Al-Othman Holding Company has 17 subsides companies NADA DAIRY, IMCO, TAKWEEN, PLASTICO, SAAF, ULTRAPAK, USG, SSBS, IMS, CET, AL-AHSA HOSPITA, School etc., and ISO Certified Organization presence in all over GCC countries and maintains development centers in Lebanon, UK and China.


- Provide and establishes staffing, recruitment and related service and resource to
Managers in order to attract hire and retain the best talent

- Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of recruiting practices
And procedures, and supervises and coordinates recruiting and staffing activities.

- Manages, creates, and develops recruiting resources and tools to attract top talent.

- Development of the Human Resources department

- Worked with employees across all levels, internal stake holders, senior

- Management, board of directors, and business partners

Strategic
Ensure that HR policies and procedures are well administered and in line with the latest KSA laws and practices.

Maintaining a close liaison with Personnel and Administration practitioners in all Al-Othman operating units

Keeping abreast with the latest rules and regulations to ensure companies compliance

Carrying out HR Audit for all offices to ensure company's policies and
Procedures are followed correctly.

Recruitment & Selection
- Ensures recruitment is conducted efficiently, cost effectively and in accordance with
Al-Othman policies and standards and in line with yearly budget

- Oversees the development and implementation of orientation programs for
Employees

- Manages internal and external talent resources in the Kingdom and internationally

-Travelling abroad to interview the screened candidates for different positions

Head hunting from all over the world from Asia, Europe, South Africa, Middle East,
And USA

- Conduct reference and background checks on applicants.

- Negotiating the salary with the selected candidates as per the company salary
Structure & extend the offers to successful candidates.


- Preparing Employment Letters for Senior Management, Corporate Staff & Al-Othman
Subsidiaries companies

-Ensuring smooth mobilization and transition of newly hired employees recruited
Locally or from abroad

- Communicating to subsidiary companies any changes to company policies and
Procedures
