• Conduct detailed case studies to identify alternatives for improving plant operability and reliability. (47 modifications on processing plant) • Prepare conceptual studies. • analyze and troubleshoot operational issues for onshore fields/offshore fields at Sinai, Gulf of Suez & Mediterranean Sea. (over 400 oil wells, 72 gas wells, 200K BOPD oil processing plant, 16 complex platforms, 44 single well platforms, 6 tank batteries, 2.7 BSCFD gas processing plant, 150k BWOD water injection plant & 200k BWPD water disposal plant) • Coordinate plant startup, shutdown with cross-operations teams. • Develop scopes of work and tenders technically evaluation for all surface facility's needs. (36 tenders) • Participate in HAZARD and HAZOP studies to support process safety management. (59 completed HAZOP) • Preparing of annual production plane & forecasting. (8 yr) • Overseeing daily production plants performance to drive operational excellence. • Preparing of annual production Budget. (10 yrs) • Consistently achieve availability and reliability targets for processing plants. • Plants Engineering Change Review (ECR). (more than 14 studies) • Management of Change (MOC) panel member. (more than 82 studies) • Chemicals Management Team member. (continues improvement and optimizations for production enhancement chemicals for over 400 oil wells, 72 gas wells, pipeline networks & processing plants)

• Oil and Gas process and operations Engineering. (Process simulations models development by using Hysys) • Participate as a process engineer member to perform a safety upgrade studies for different existing Gas and Oil Plant. • Review and optimization of existing production facilities. • Review the new projects design and P&IDs with the projects department. • Follow-up the Operations • Operations and process Engineering practical experience on Oil, Gas and LPG plants (Molecular Sieve and TEG Dehydration units, Hydrocarbons dew point control units with JT Valve and Turbo Expander Re-Compressors, Cryogenic gas processing, and refrigeration units, fractionation gas compression units, LPG, NGL, crude oil and gas metering units) • HAZOP study for new projects. • Review of Block Flow diagrams (PFD), and process flow diagram (PFD) and process and instrumentation diagrams (P& ID). • Review process equipment specifications • Reviewing the operating profile of the used equipment. • Preparing the production daily reports (oil, gas and LPG plants). • Preparing a procedure of plant startup and shutdown. • Activate application of work permit system and supervise / risk asses work implemented at process area. • Commissioning& startup of Gas, Oil and LPG projects. (40 MMSCFD gas injection plant, 220 TPD LPG plant, 60k BOPD oil processing train, 120 MMSCFD gas plant) • DCS supervisor. • Follow up, monitoring and technical supporting for all production facilities • Technical assessment to field stuff.
