• Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan well the new openings.
• Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
• Follow-up on dealers within allocated geographical territories and ensure that our shops reflecting Jotun identity and distribution strategy by coordinating and monitoring closely with Dealers & counter salesmen to ensure JOTUN products are used and to achieve sales budget.
• Capitalize on multicolored concept to enforce Jotun position as preferred partner in retail paint industry through best profitability and service to upgrade remaining sub-dealers to direct dealers.
• Follow up collection by ensuring that customers’ payments are received within agreed terms to achieve budgeted days outstanding
• Working on Jotun CRM system
• Sales project is advanced.
• Follow up distributors and key account customer .
• Making sure that the customers have the last updated price list.
• Pushing up the sales process with customers depending on my understanding of the market along with our marketing and sales offers.
• Providing our distributers with their statements and making sure that the paying Providing Customers with all information needed about our products.
• process matches their products’ consuming.
• Solving all kind of problems and difficulties that might encounter our clients to make sure we exceed their expectations.
• Following up with coloring centers and solving all technical issues concerning the coloring machines.
• Opening new coloring centers by getting new customers and providing them with coloring machines.
• Presenting products to the customers, following up with them when required and finalizing the sale.
• Build an excellent relationship with the customers based on credibility, Reliability and responsiveness to all requests in timely and professional manner.
• Implement all of the sales policies and procedures while doing business to improve work quality
