• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Annually Reports.
• Assist chief accountant for month end closing.
• Coordinates monthly closing process.

• Prepare journal entries and inserted into the system
• Process the cash activity, collections and payments.
• Handling all bank operations and treasure works.
• Performs accounts payable duties such as verifying all invoices for payment.
• Ensure expenditures are charged to appropriate account
• Reconcile general ledger & subsidiary Accounts.
• Oversees accounts receivables collection from Clients and reconciles customer accounts.
• Handling the Treasury and Cash Transactions.
• Handle all Tax works.
• Conduct day by day cash transactions
• Handling all bank operations and treasure works.
• Process the cash activity, collections and payments.
• Performs accounts payable duties such as verifying all invoices for payment.
• Ensure expenditures are charged to appropriate account
• Reconcile general ledger & subsidiary Accounts.
• Oversees accounts receivables collection from Clients and Reconciles customer accounts
• Performs all operational and administrative duties associated with Sales Manager
• Coordinate with the sales about the daily bookings of Catering
• Checking with the stewarding & logistics about the utensils stock and delivering it the kitchen, sales & banqueting
• Performing sites visits to collect the information needed from the customers and to examine the space to achieve the best layout & design
• Answer incoming calls, with pleasant disposition.
• Preparing the B.E.O’s and listing down all the information concerning service, kitchen, housekeeping, laundry, transportation & sales
• Coordinate with details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events.
• Visit the outside catering sight and assist the customer requirements,
• Make the daily report for lost and damage items and report to banquet manager and loss prevention director.
• Supervise the logistic team
• Make filing all related documents in the departments as professional way,
• Sending daily end of date report to the banquet supervisor
• Assisting the service team in busy situations
• Monitoring & leading small group of service in outside catering
• All other jobs performed as assigned by Sales Manager
