* Responsible for the preparation of take-off quantity, budget, histogram, material submittals,
procurement schedule, look ahead program, red mark drawings shop drawings, as built
drawings, variation claims, method statement, snagging, handing over and other technical
submittals.
* Follow up with the consultants regarding project execution, specification and any clarifications.
* Setting criteria for hand-over by planning the productivities target according to the target
program and base line.
* Management of workforce and construction activities of Electrical department, and prioritizing
work by reviewing performance.
* Supervision and coordination with site engineers to ensure work progress according to the
specifications and deadlines.
