Technical Operations Manager
• The management and supervision of the technical platform that connects 25 member banks nationally clearing system and SWIFT
• Manage backup and restore.
• Review and confirm all banking transactions on a daily basis to ensure that all customer accounts are updated.
• Manage the database master server.
• Work with suppliers for coordinating the deployment of new solutions.
• Updating the website SIBTEL per session.
• Managing the database capacity to ensure that all entries match the standard size.
• Managing Access to Cloud service for all stakeholders.
• Providing support calls outside working hours.
• Working on various projects:
• Integration of check values and the Letter of Change Normalized.
• Windows NT migration to Windows 2000 Server.
• Upgrade the network infrastructure.
• Implementation of a new data center.
• Implementation of the project 24 hours of compensation.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Administering the Active Directory environment.
• Preparing training rooms based on customer needs.
