Project: Construction of 10 new schools around Doha and in Villages
Client: Public Works Authority (PWA) - Building Affairs.
Budget: QR 500 Million
Project Brief: The Works comprise of the Construction, Completion, test & commissioning of 10 new schools divided in 3 Packages located at different sites around Doha and in Villages. The work in each school consist but not limited to classrooms, art rooms, laboratories, library, teachers rooms, administrative offices, assembley&multi-purpose halls, auditorium, canteen, kitchen, pantries, toilets, changing rooms, sport courts, external infrastructure, etc. The buildings are reinforced concrete structure with block work. The assembly and multipurpose halls are covered with structure steel structure and roof cladding system.
Project: Multi-Storey Car Park - Doha, Qatar
Budget: QR 113 Million
Project Brief: The Works comprise of the Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Multi-Storey Car Parking (G+6+P) for 1000 No. of parking. The project includes Audio Visual, Vehicle access, Car management and Security Systems. The building is concrete framed structures with Bored Piles foundation, block work walls with internal and external wall finishing. Services comprise of drainage installation, hot and cold water plumbing services, air-conditioning installation, electrical installation, fire fighting, fire alarm and external services. The total built up area is 46, 576 m2 & total plot area is 8, 759 m2.

Project Brief: Al Qutaifiya Lagoon Development Project comprises a large man-made lagoon surrounded by high quality, fully-serviced villas that have been established over 450 plots. The total area for the site exceeds 4 km² including a reclaimed off-shore area of about 0.9 km². The reclaimed area accommodates marine-related recreational facilities, a resort hotel, shopping areas, marina club, shopping centers, Mosques. The work of this project comprises the maintenance of the existing services and facilities such as marine works and bridges, street lighting and electrical system, guest houses and miscellaneous structures and soft/hard landscaping.

Project Brief: The project consists of four basement floors and five floors above ground level covering the whole project area - 27, 900 m² and two towers of 30 floors each. The quantity for reinforcement concrete was 200, 000 m³, using updated technical instrument for pouring high levels like mobile boom placing.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the execution and completion of several civil activities, e.g. formwork (using DOKA, SGB, ACRO systems for formwork and scaffoldings), steel reinforcement, etc.
• Monitor work progress and manpower productivity based on approved budget and approved schedule.
• Coordination with the senior management to achieve the time schedule and solve any site problems.
• Ensure that the quality of work is in strict conformance to the requirements of the contract.

Project Brief: Design and Construction of the Primary Treatment Plant of the East TP from average capacity of 410, 000 m³/day to 607, 000 m³/day and the Primary Treatment Plant of West TP from average capacity of 186, 000 m³/day to 460, 000 m³/day including 8 clarifiers, 2 head work building, flow split, structure, 2 primary sludge pump station, 2 primary effluent channel, effluent screening facility, 2 chlorination building, etc.

Budget: Egyptian Pounds 200 M
Project Brief: Construction for a lot of industrial and facility elements, e.g. water intake structure, turbine building, bagasse area, process water treatment plant, 2 warehouses, paper machine building, power boiler and recovery boiler, chimney, 2 boilers, chemical and mechanical pulp plant, effluent cooling tower, paper store, 30 housing buildings 6 floors each, etc. The project area was 900, 000 m² and the concrete quantity was 160, 000 m³.
Project: Taba Sub-Station - Taba, North Sinai, Egypt
Budget: US$ 80 M
Project Brief: Area for the project was 250, 000 m³ and the project consists of industrial items, e.g. control building, 2 fire fighting buildings, 12 foundation for 500KV transformers with firewalls as separators, gantries foundation for the 500/400 KV and 400/200 yards and cable trenches. Concrete quantity was 30, 000 m³.
Project: Unloading, Handling & Storage Grain - Dekila Harbor, Alexandria, Egypt
Budget: Egyptian Pounds 25 M (Civil Works)
Responsibilities: • Review drawings, planning, controlling and monitoring submittals, procurement and construction work on project.
• Manage the execution and completion of civil activities, e.g. earth work, concrete, steel reinforcement, formwork, etc.
• Manage the execution and completion of finishing activities, e.g. block work, plaster, windows, aluminum work, tiles, false floor, etc.
• Supervise concrete mix design, concrete production, piles (continue flight auger and bored cast in place piles)
• Review Electro Mechanical drawings to avoid any conflict with the civil drawings. Windows, aluminum work, tiles, false floor, etc.
• Coordinate with the Electro Mechanical team to avoid any problems for the erection and the progress.
• Perform all related administration, e.g., daily and weekly reports and review of submittals and shop drawings.
• Using specification standards, e.g. ASTM, ACI and Egyptian
• Preparation of method statement.
• Ensure safety for all methods of construction.
