in-charge of Prepare sketches, concept design and proposal drawings. Find out the client's structural needs in addition to discuss the building requirements and objectives with the client. Study how the structure will impact the environment, as well as how feasible it is to build the structure in a specific location. Submit final plans, project cost and sketches to clients. Supervise construction sites. Prepare the documents for the bids. Participate in the site selection and produce a cost. Prepare tables of building quantities and materials. Conduct follow up surveys with clients following completion of projects.
Review then select construction tenders from contractors.
• Report to client on progression of work.
• Create an architectural concept that can be turned into designs and plans.
• Prepare and review the detailed drawings of a structure that show what the building will look like, in great detail. In addition to the plans for the exterior of the building
• Develop final construction plans that show the building's details for its construction.
• Provide various design services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies
• Monitor all sites work & activities to ensure that compliance with specification
