• Participate in evaluating the company's proposals (both technical and financial) to select the best seller according to the evaluation criteria.
• Mentor, motivate and supervise project contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Develops and ensures required project documentation is complete
• Manages solution development - typically through third-party development.
• Works closely with internal and external stakeholders and balances competing priorities, resources, schedules and budgets.
• Establishes positive relationships with business customers and provides recommendations to improve process efficiencies

Resources management for Customer transition project
• As part of a transition project, manage the deployment into Global Operations of new services, within the respective service family
• Leads a wide range of process activities beginning with the contract and statement of work through service development, test and final delivery.
• Assess the resources, training, procedural as well as infrastructure and tools requirements from Global Operations (including knowledge tool update and quality assurance)
• Working with Trainer, schedule and plan the training,
• Verify the quality of the transition work packages that are part of their assigned service family or families
• Ensure acceptance from Global Operations of the new services and their associated performance requirements.
• Ensure billing is triggered as agreed contractually.
Senior Business Analyst for transition project
• Act as a Global Operations expert on their assigned service family or families.
• Participate in transition workshops and meetings as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for GSC Services/Service Desk.
• Identify and document system functional gaps and process gaps (business requirements analysis and documentation)
• Define and establish systems functional requirements that automate key work flows for the Operations group.
• Ensure the systems support all requirements as it relates to call management and other ITIL management functions (Configuration, Change, Problem, etc.)
• Develop program 'documentation' as it relates system services and support for Operations (example: Customer Solution Support)
• Co-ordinate and manage "Request for change", 'Defects', 'User Acceptance Test', data loads in conjunctions with the Change Control Board on legacy tools.
