Participation in establishing a support Department for reviewing and process a portfolio of small and medium-sized companies worth more than 500, 000, 000 AED a year.
Duties:
Reviewing customers’ opining accounts forms.
Checking the document attached in the forms to insure that there isn’t any missing details.
Reviewing the Rejected cases with Credit Dept, to Decrease the Percentage of rejection.
Scanning the physical forms to bank’s system.
Insure that all accounts under the KYC program & compliance procedure.
Ensure records are kept up-to-date regarding event procedures and documentation.
Work with various business units to implement and maintain controls as mapped to regulatory risks
Check CPV for all cases before submitting to decrease the declined percentage
Providing training for sales teams through workshops to enhance their customer service skills.
Providing assistance and support to other areas of business as required ensuring that the work precedes accurately.
Report accurately and daily all meetings executed through the appropriate documents.
Preparing and updating sales reports.
Attend the interview with the AVP of the Dept.
Make recommendations for short list candidate to the AVP
Setting customer service targets and planning areas of improvement Walk new VIP clients through the documentations necessary for opening an A/C.
Review client's signature for all agreements and forms physically.
Within the scope of Signing the agreement with the company from the client and obtain client's signature for all agreements and forms.
