• Design of Mechanical Systems of Industrial Laundry as per End User Standards,
•Contract Management (Pre-award, Award Phase) and Contract Drafting.
• Preparation of Material requisitions and technical bid of divers Mechanical Systems,
• Time, Resources and Price Estimations of the Mechanical Scope Medium to Large Projects (PL, DR, FF, HVAC, etc.)
• Preparation / monitoring of the Project Schedule and allocation of the required resources.
• Submission of mechanical shop drawings, technical submittals, with an Extensive Overview on Electrical Systems.
• HVAC and Water Systems Testing and commissioning and troubleshooting during Operation.
• Preparation and submission of Monthly Progress and Invoices and Variation Orders,
• Leading and Meetings with Stakeholders, Third Parties and Specialists for timely completion of the Scope of Works.

• HVAC design, HVAC design, Pumping systems, Sanitary drainage, Fire extinguishing systems, Ventilation and smoke extraction systems, LPG distribution, Infrastructure Power Systems, Water & Drainage Design, Sewage treatment plants.
• Shop drawing review, Material submittal review, Site supervision, as built drawings Review.
• Review of MEP design, MEP Execution and Services On-Site Clashes with Subcontractors,
• Witnessing and approval of the procurement, installation and testing and commissioning of systems,
• Monitoring the procurement, installation schedules and Project allocated resources,
• Meetings with Stakeholders, Issuance of outstanding works lists, Snags Lists and Progress reports.

• Weekly Meetings with Vendors, Preparation of Tenders and Review and Evaluation of Suppliers Bids and Proposals,
• Primary and Secondary Loops: Update of Reactor Coolant Tanks, Vessels, and Pumping systems technical specifications.
• Review of Data sheets, Specifications, sizing notes and Operation and Maintenance manuals.
• Calculations of Heat Exchangers, pipes, tanks, and vessel according to ASME, EN 13445, RCCM.
• Contract Management (Contract Administration)

• Contract Management during the Pre-award and Post-Award Phases.
• Meetings with Suppliers, Review of technical offers of compressors with regards to technical specifications.
• Update of technical specifications for compressors, exchangers, and air-conditioning systems.
• Engineering follow-up during the development of compressors and heat exchangers.
• Coordination, technical support to the Projects Managers.

• Involvement in the Design, production, and installation of ground source heat pumps models.
• Analysis of the Compliance to the pressure equipment directive and Preparation of Models Datasheets
• Meetings with the Team and Suppliers, Planning & organization of drilling operations, Management of technicians in China.
