• Responsible for applying changes in the Fare prices of Cairo Metro tickets and subscription CSC cards according to Clients requests.
• Lead the Migration process from Central Control Unit (CCU) server to Central Back Office (CBO) server hosting all data for Cairo Metro Transportation Media types: Magnetic Ticket (MT) and Contactless-Card (CSC).
• Generate SQL queries to manipulate database structure and data.
• Integrate AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity to generate and customize automated Windows PowerShell scripts to process multiple XML files.
• Generate bash scripts on RedHat Linux server. Prepare training document and conduct training session for Metro Operators to use new system features introduced after launching CBO into service.

• Lead the Integration process of Bank Terminals \[Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)\] into the AFC System with Banque Misr & National Bank of Egypt.
• Deploy and Test updates on Data Analysis & Business Intelligence Tools like: Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting.
• Coordinate the System Acceptance Testing and Administration of upgraded AFC System for Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 4B including Station Control servers (SCU). \[6 stations\]
• Coordinate the System Acceptance Testing and Administration of upgraded AFC System for Cairo Metro Line 3 Phases 3(A, B, C) including Station Control servers (SCU). \[15 stations\]
• Lead the System Acceptance Testing of the Central Back Office (CBO) server with the Client.
• Manage and Install updates for Docker images hosting the application operating the CBO.
• Provide L2 support for customer issues with using the Contactless Card (CSC) in Cairo Metro.
• Create and Install equipment certificate and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) using OpenSSL tool.
• Coordinate with Headquarters in France to fulfill the Clients requests.

• Fix (30+) software bugs in the equipment software of the Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) developed with Qt Framework.
• Integrate new features in the TVM equipment software within Git as the version control system.
• Deploy and Test software features on equipment environment using Jenkins.
• Fix software bugs in the equipment software of Ticket Office Machine (TOM) & Automatic Gates (AG).
• Develop software using Python Programming Language.

• Enhance the AFC System Design and Specifications for Cairo Metro Line 1& 2 project.
• System Installation, Acceptance Testing and Administration of upgraded AFC System for Cairo Metro Line 1& 2 including Line Control servers (LCU) and Station Control servers (SCU). \[55 stations\]
• System Installation, Acceptance Testing and Administration of upgraded AFC System for Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 4A including Station Control servers (SCU). \[5 stations\]
• Deployment & Testing of AFC equipment software and patches.
• Oracle and SQL Server Database Administration.
• Acquire new talents to join the local team by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and evaluate candidates technically.

• Generate System Test Cases to fulfill the Clients requirement.
• Lead the Factory Acceptance Testing of AFC System with the Client.
• Localize AFC equipment software UI from English to Arabic by Unicode Standards.
• Deploy Oracle RAC Database 12c on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3.

• Installation, maintenance and administration of AFC System including Line Control servers (LCU) and Stations Control servers (SCU) of Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 1& 2. \[9 stations\]
• Lead the System Acceptance Tests with the Clients: National Authority for Tunnels (NAT) and Egyptian Cairo Metro (ECM) for the AFC System.
• Lead the Integration and Interoperability Testing between AFC Systems of THALES and INDRA for the Contactless Card (CSC) project.
• Develop a full (Faults Manager) web application platform to manage the reported faults on all AFC equipment using: HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery \[Front-End\] and PHP & MySQL hosted on XAMPP web server solution \[Back-End\].
• Maintain and Enhance the Faults Manager application based on users feedback.

• Developing software applications using Qt Framework that communicate with SQLite or PostgreSQL databases.
