• Enhance safety inside the supply chain, by applying tailor made module designed to fit the Egyptian mind set;(Accidents figures is down from 11 in 2008 to 1 in 2016, WISE score of 44.25 from Dupont safety matrix)
• Focus on Quality across the chain, awarded a score of 952/1000 for AIB Audit.
• Optimizing the cost in all departments in order to have a healthy contribution to our company margins. (Total supply chain cost is down from 9% to 6.3%)
• Responsible for Setting and Leading the implementation of supply chain Annual plan and ensuring alignment with zone objectives
