- Establish and to maintain financial analysis on basis of cost accounting:
- Analysis of financial processes and performances
- Initiation of improvement projects
- Review of pricing and controlling of contracts with customers
- Analysis of profitability of customers and services
- Following up budget variances, investigating the reasons and recommending corrective actions
- To act ethically, professionally toward my colleagues and management
- Development and improvement of existing controlling tools (set grounds for Activity Based Costing)
- Review of compliance with internal control and risk management standards
• Repairing financial reports to higher management
• Handling payable books and payments
• Manage cash flow movement
• Manage accounts unit
• Dealing with ex/internal auditors
• Follow up the clients for the outstanding collections
• Repairing balance sheet & profit and losses
