ACTION AGAINST HUNGER, Irbid - Jordan

As a Logistics Officer Senior Driver with AAH, I am in charge of but not limited to the following:

• Managing a fleet of 30-35 vehicles and drivers, including driver’s performance evaluation, fleet utilization and transportation planning. Fleet logbooks check, weekly and monthly fleet report.
To supervise the fleet management at base level :
Movements plan:
- To supervise the drivers of the base.
- To plan movements of vehicles on daily / weekly basis
Vehicle’s needs:
- To gather the vehicles needs at base level, create line on the link and Share them with the logistics manager.
Vehicles maintenance:
- To follow up with drivers in the base regarding the maintenance needs of the vehicles, and communicate those need to the logistics manager, or by delegation to the person in charge of the fleet at mission level.
- To get feedback from the drivers regarding the maintenance done by the car rental company, and to share them with the logistics manager.
Fuel tracking:
- To make sure that each vehicle have a fuel card
- To gather all fuel data from the log book in the fuel data sheet, and to crosscheck with fuel tickets (invoices).
Reporting:
- To follow up on the drivers absences and to inform the logistics manager, or by delegation to the person in charge of the fleet at mission level.
- To participate in the elaboration of the drivers’ monthly salary sheet, to be validated by the logistics manager.
- To be the focal point in case of car accident and ensure that drivers are reporting all accident/ scratch and poteen police report
- To report the vehicle condition monthly with a random check
- To report about general fleet situation to the logistics manager

• In charge for inter-base cargo shipments. And check the assets.
Manage and be accountable for the inventory management of all vehicles related parts and consumables, including fuel
Manage the Fuel Report
Ensure that all vehicles are secured when not in use.
Flight ticket management:
• Responsible for IRBID Warehouse, in terms of stock reporting and follow up.
• Supporting the Logistics Manager in Premises Management, in terms of required administration, key management and General Safety. And check all the assets are registered
• Prepare and on Expat Housing and Regional office, do regular check to maintain facilities within standards.
The ability to track each flight ticket from reservation stage until the service is completed
• Acting as the Field Petty Cash Box Custodian.
• Supporting Filed Procurement in soliciting bidders and collecting quotations as necessary.
• Follow up with all the framework agreement for the office
Track traveling agency payments.
• track all the orders from the teams till the receipt.
• Representing Field Logistics in Field Visits, Site Inspections and Services Receipt.
• Supporting the Logistics Manager in maintaining a safe and secured working environment, including incidents reporting and maintaining reliable safety equipment.
• Carrying out the necessary administration for maintaining sufficient office supplies and stationeries stock and cover the need of the expat house .do the regular check.
• In charge for Field ICT Assets Management and Maintenance Follow Up.
• Prepare the necessary documents for the procurement process
