• Management of construction department for all construction and fit out locations for a number of fitness brands. Men, Ladies, Junior, and plus levels.
• Managing the construction plans including time and cost management to meet the company’s goals.

• Supervise projects quality and construction safety and ensure that value engineering studies are studies and implemented while keeping an eye on the quality and time.

•Projects process and needs are monitored which gave the projects team the proper tools in the best way.

•Projects were controlled within its desired timing and budget schedules.
•Cost plans are set to meet estimations and all projects are executed within the planned cost. Any serious running over budget was escalated to get solutions and decisions.
•Procurement process is set to plans and scheduled to meet the required delivery needs and dates.
•Strong relations are made with business group, operation, property, GRD, and group procurement which gave a clear vision for all stakeholders on the process and schedules. This gave an excellent chance for all teams to support wherever needed in the correct timing.
•Project managers are being evaluated in monthly bases and getting support wherever weakness points exist.
Follow up design process to get design drawing as per the site condition, operation requirement. Review and update all comments to ensure the final DD set is properly issued.
•Prepare BOQ and tender documents and assigning the contractor / supplier as per the organization policy.
•Follow up the execution process with contractors (Civil, and Electro-Mechanical) and ensure all projects are done to the time, quality, and cost standards.
•Preparing project procurement schedule and order all material considering the budget and delivery time as per the project time line.
•Managed several food and beverage projects over the kingdom like Le mall - Jeddah - Tahliah St. which was the first food project for Alshaya in the kingdom.
