Production Plant, 2-HO and 29 DC’s) reach-ability, Network
Enhancement, change management & Capacity Management.
•Closely work with PepsiCo global partner for network
operation e.g. British Telecom, HCL, Accenture and InfoSec.
•Identifying and validating the network requirement,
Feasibility, Design, and Validation of configuration &
Implementation.
•Vendor relation for active & Passive projects in the region,
validating pre-sales activity and deep engagement of
implementation as per Project plan.
•Troubleshoot the LAN and WAN unfractured in KSA, UAE
PepsiCo sites and Lebanon HQ.
•Handling, Managing & configuration of CUCM, VOIP Gateways,
and Cisco WLC for Saudi and UAE sites include data and
capacity management.
•Working on CPPM and GNAC for security implementation on
port level.
•Validate the End User Equipment, configuration, Security
Validation via Define Global SOP.
•Work on SevOne Monitoring tool for reporting the Utilization
for WAN Link.
•Handling the team of 7-Field Engineers, closely work for
Smooth Network operation.
