Managing MNS projects for a wide and large-scale transmission network:
- Implementation of link allocation for SDH, MPLS-TP, and Ethernet technology
- Supervise and control all technical issues related to transmission network
- Overseeing integration activities with contractors from day one of request up to ready for service step
- Study and report the issues and obstacles problem in integration and configuration and proposed the solution
- Insure the service delivery within agreed SLA
Managing all telecom-related projects within the industrial cities:
- Develop a telecom infrastructure standards and specifications to be implemented in the industrial cities
- Design fiber optic infrastructure
- Review and approve telecom infrastructure design drawings submitted by the consultants
- Develop business models to be implemented on the telecom infrastructure with the telecom operators
- Manage negotiations with the telecom operators to agree on proper business models
Managing new industrial cities master planning projects:
- Participate in RFP design and proposals review submitted by global consultants
- Negotiate the contract terms with the consultants
- Create and review project plans with different parties
- Manage day-to-day project activities
- Review and approve design drawings.
• Overseeing the fiber network design and deployment in smart industrial cities kingdom wide.
• Participate in the RFP design and proposals review submitted by telecom operators for intelligent industrial estates kingdom wide.
• Oversee the implementation phase of cellular and broadband installations.
• Coordinate and participate in telecom infrastructure training and knowledge sharing workshops.
