Develops, and maintains a comprehensive department database and Management Information System for use in or preparation of a variety of specialized required reports. Uses data to assist in establishing and preparing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly Credit control / Retail reports. Enters changes, modifies, and amends the data accordingly with management and business requirements in order to improve the work efficiency...etc.

-Solve problems of Siebel and Capstone for Car leasing
-Approval to add users to Seibel for Strategy Co Staff
-CR preparing to modify car leasing product
- Follow up and solve financial problems with settlement and Finance
-Follow-up and solve Collection problems with Insurance House Co
-Solve the problems with Insurance House Co and Alalmia Co

-Performs general accounting functins and processes.
-Identifies accounting errors and process the required settlement entries or correction.
-Completes varous accounting functions as requested and directed by management.
-Performs general administration duties as required .
Design, write and maintain data requests and/or queries to support the business.
Interface with MIS resources to ensure that the reports are accurate and deployed in a timely manner.
Create and maintain consistency in reporting across the organization where possible.
Work closely with the MIS team and the Line of Business to investigate issues and resolve any reporting discrepancies.
