Collecting requests requirements (technical & functional), validating and analyzing it, coordinating with L2/L3 teams for
developing and implementing it without any interrupting in daily operations. Creating Finance/IT Change Requests to
perform system configuration as needed (coordination with ERP teams). Developing data conversion and testing strategies
and successfully implement those strategies. Training users on new processes for software functionalities.

Database administration, data warehousing & business intelligence, data architecture & design, data quality management and data governance.

Functional & Technical point of contact for generating Lawson Financial Month End Reports (DB queries, Lawson jobs,
reporting applications, ETL jobs). Designing and developing new reports.

Working closely with governance team to set policies & standards for day to day tasks and projects initiatives. Building
Knowledge Management DB & Best Practices standards. Cost reduction initiatives; licensing and storage cost decreasing.

- Cloud Computing
Working with Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud departments on Proof of Concept to migrate current applications on-premises
hosting to cloud hosting. Identifying technology limitations & setting workarounds. Setting performance benchmark with
taking into consideration cloud hosting costs.

- Business System Analyst
Analyzing business requirements and passing it to the development team to introduce new functions and features in the ATS
Online System. Building positive relationships with all customers, with particular focus on ‘VIP’ customers, such as
government and or educational institutes. Project monitoring for all initiatives.

- Digital Marketing
Managing the commercial site development project and attain marketing/business objectives. Implementing Search Engine
Optimization. Gathering data and analyzing it and present the findings reports it to the marketing team.
