Leading a team of programmers developing Oracle based solutions for all units of Kuwait National Guard. Analyzing applications’ requirements and setting standards. I have also developed several stand-alone applications; such as: Committees tracking and bonus calculations, Physical Fitness scores’ calculations, Officer's secretive reports, and phone's directories.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining an inventory database to increase the accuracy of the inventory, generate statistical production and sales reports, and provide an efficient price analyses tool. The inventory database contributed to an increase of over 75% in production and an increase of over 50% in time efficiency. Increase sales and revenue by implementing an e-commerce web presence. Maintain the operations of a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 with Small Business Server and the internal network. Maintain software and hardware upgrades to server and client machines.
Responsible for assisting staff operators with computing sites operations. Providing customer assistance for various software packages, maintaining peripherals, and trouble shooting equipment.
