Working on OSS tool (planning, configuration).
Getting the Technical requirements of the customer and write them in the FRS document (Equipment modeling, Importer connector, ATP).
Analyze customer’s network to support the customization when needed.
Coordinate with the Development team for data processing and bug fixing.
Do the equipment modeling and ensure all customers equipment are presented with all needed functionality.
Do needed testing to ensure the Auto Import process is working properly.
FM (Fault Management) system
Deliver the tool and conduct the needed training to the customer.
Working on IPBB & MEN (installation, operation & maintenance), Huawei and Juniper datacom equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, load balancers)
Working on DWDM (installation, operation & maitenance), Huawei transport equipments (OSN6800, OSN8800, OSN3500).
Working on SDH network, SOO EM & NM Ericsson SDH equipments (OMS 16xx, OMS12xx).
Working on iManager U2000 application (administration on application & server).
Working in O&M center UTRAN Radio DB for Huawei equipments (RNC (BSC 6800) and (BSC 6810), NodeB (BTS 3812, DBS3800), Creating new RNC DB, new NodeB DB, Management on all related measurements and alarms). · Working on CME application for creating and managing RAN parts data files. · Working on iManager M2000 application.
Working in O&M center BSS DB for Huawei equipments ( BSC ( BSC32 ) and (BSC 6000), BTS ( BTS 312, BTS 3012, BTS 3002C ), TCSM units, ( PCU ( PCU32 ) and (PCU 6000 ), Creating Site, TCSM, BSC, PCU DB files, Management on all related measurements and alarms, full administration on iManager M2000 servers with Sun Solaris 8 and 10 operating systems.
Worked in O&M center BSS Radio DB for Siemens equipments on BR7 (applied upgrade from BR7.40 to BR7.70, Creating Blank BSC DB, Creating and executing swap for sites, Creating TRAU DB, Site DB).
My role in Syriatel includes also detection and solving problems in performance and coverage for the nodes and the related servers, performing Backups on nodes DB files and on servers.
