ERP Project - Gulf Steel Works (GSW) second steel fabricator in GCC Region

 Involved in analyzing, client Business Procedures and Processes, for all GSW departments. Then, preparing a complete RFP document.
 Supervising the Fab Suite Project implmentation (Fab Suite is a Steel Fabrication Application)
 Establishing a new IT department.
 Installation a new monitoring system at GSW premises. Plus, time attendance system installation

Mega Project - Ministry Of Defense
Unified Health Information System For Military Hospitals at Ministry of Defense (24 hospitals and 68 clinics)

The project consists of implementing German Nexus application (Health Information System) and IFS application as an ERP, then both applications have to be integrated

 Involved in analyzing, client Business Procedures and Processes, military hospitals hierarchies (Purchasing, Warehouses, Pharmacy, HR) interrelational levels between 26 hospitals and 68 clinics related with Medical Services Devision at Ministry of Defense.

 Preparing the Implementation Study Report based on the end user requirements and for every hospital specific requirements.

 Participated in Data Collection, based on that study, the Finance, Puchasing, Supply Chain and HR will be implemented.

 Quality Assurance (Plan Devlopment, Functional Reviews, mplementation Plan)

 Integration Study between the two systems Nexus (Medical System) and IFS (ERP System)
