The project consists of implementing German Nexus application (Health Information System) and IFS application as an ERP, then both applications have to be integrated
Involved in analyzing, client Business Procedures and Processes, military hospitals hierarchies (Purchasing, Warehouses, Pharmacy, HR) interrelational levels between 26 hospitals and 68 clinics related with Medical Services Devision at Ministry of Defense.
Preparing the Implementation Study Report based on the end user requirements and for every hospital specific requirements.
Participated in Data Collection, based on that study, the Finance, Puchasing, Supply Chain and HR will be implemented.
